TestoGauge was founded in Ontario in 2024 to close a gap its founders had spent their careers watching widen: monitoring projects that produce thousands of readings, and owners who still cannot say quickly what happened, where, why it matters, or what to do next.
We work with the owners of dams, tunnels, bridges, ports, rail corridors, energy assets, deep foundations, pipelines and mines. We supply the sensors, install and calibrate them, and run the platform that turns what they report into something a person can act on.

Rashin leads the company. An Engineer-in-Training with a master's in electrical engineering and control and a diploma in computer programming from Seneca Polytechnic, she works across both halves of what we do — instrumentation practice on one side, the software that turns a reading into a decision on the other. She is currently pursuing P.Eng. licensure in Canada.

Ali leads the company's engineering direction and its client partnerships. He works directly with asset owners to translate a monitoring objective — dam safety, tunnel convergence, port structure integrity — into an instrumentation scheme that answers it, and is responsible for the standards our field and calibration work is held to.

Omid leads the monitoring platform and the data engineering behind it: sensor integration, connectivity across remote sites, and the analytics that turn continuous readings into a clear picture of an asset. The digital-twin approach behind our product philosophy is his work.
